Shipping & Delivery Options

Australia-wide Shipping

  • Standard Shipping (Australia Post): $10.00 flat rate
  • Express Shipping (Australia Post Express): $15.00 flat rate
  • Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $100.00 AUD

Shipping rates are calculated based on the order value after discounts are applied.

Local Pickup

We offer free local pickup from Croydon VIC 3136.

Once your order is ready for collection, you will receive an email with pickup instructions and collection details.

Free Local Delivery

We offer free local delivery to selected surrounding suburbs near Croydon, Victoria.

If your address falls within our local delivery zone, this option will automatically appear at checkout. Delivery timeframes may vary depending on location and order volume.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. During promotional periods, public holidays, or high-volume sales events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details.

Tracking Your Order

All shipped orders include tracking. Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery progress.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Strand Rituals cannot be held responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect address information supplied by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

While we will always do our best to assist, once an order has been handed over to Australia Post, delivery is managed by the carrier. If your parcel is delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we will help lodge an enquiry with Australia Post.
