Welcome to Strand Rituals. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Strand Rituals. Strand Rituals operates this website and store, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services (the “Services”) to provide you with a curated shopping experience. Strand Rituals is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”), together with any policies referenced herein (including our Returns & Refunds Policy and Privacy Policy), describe your rights and responsibilities when using the Services.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Orders are not accepted until payment is received and the order is confirmed.
Once an order has been accepted, it cannot be cancelled or modified, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges are governed solely by our Returns & Refunds Policy, which clearly states that change-of-mind returns are not accepted.
Purchases are for personal or household use only and must not be resold or exported.

SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Strand Rituals is powered by Shopify. All purchases are made directly with Strand Rituals. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of transactions between you and Strand Rituals. You release Shopify from any claims related to purchases made through our store.
SECTION 10 – PRIVACY POLICY
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Shopify’s Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to the collection and processing of your information as described.
