how to use it

1. Apply 1–2 pumps to wet hair.
2. Massage gently into the roots with your fingertips, covering the entire scalp and working through to the ends.
3. Massage with the flat of your hand for approximately 30 seconds.
4. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.
5. Repeat.
6. Follow with the Muk conditioner best suited to your hair type.

Pro Tip: Muk recommends using Head Muk Dandruff Control Shampoo with every shampoo for 10–14 days until signs of dandruff have ceased. Then use every second shampoo to help maintain results.
