1. Shampoo the hair and towel dry.

3. Apply Intense Muk Repair Treatment through the mid-lengths and ends, or completely coat very damaged hair.
4. Comb through for even distribution.
5. Cover hair with plastic wrap and leave for 15–20 minutes.
6. Rinse thoroughly.
7. Follow with Intense Muk Repair Conditioner.

Pro Tip: Muk recommends using the treatment once every 7 shampoos. For extremely damaged hair, it can be used once or twice a week.
